Novatech Squad at World Series Paintball

On the 6th of October, Novatech Solutions held a paintball battle, turning the usual workplace into a tactical battlefield as over 10 employees participated in our most exciting team-building event yet: a full-day paintball tournament at World Series Paintball.

The event started with a comprehensive safety briefing and equipment orientation session. Teams were divided primarily by two colours, combining members from the Novatech Solutions squad with the other participating group.

Throughout the day, we dove into various game modes, from classic capture-the-flag to team deathmatch. The highlight was undoubtedly the plant the bomb game mode where we all learned to:

Clearly communicate with each other under pressure
Strategic planning and adaptation
Trust-building and reliability

The day wrapped up as we compared our impressive collection of bruises and swapped stories of intense matches.
